Hi everyone Please explain how to get the below reports its urgent please

1  Individual Job Card Print: Consisting Spares issued, services taken/done, Hr. / Km. Reading with Rate and Amount and final Job Card Amount.

  2     Ledger of the Equipment:All the expenses of Spares, services taken/done, date wise, while Equipment worked on one or more project withi the period specified.

3 Operating Cost of Equipment:   showing operating cost and Avg. of Equipment, showing values of spares issued, Services Cost, Fuel Cost, mete reading

4    Equipment Details:All the details of the equipment i.e. purchase details, worked project details, Equipment details etc.

5   Equipment list:on a particular Project, complete machinery exist with Company separately.

6   Consolidated Machinery list:Consolidated Machinery list, indicating Number (Numeric digit) of Equipment (Class) available at each project.

Please explain and please provide steps to get the reports.
