BPC 10.0 EPM SP15 Patch 1 .NET 3.5 Build 8536.
It is giving an ABAP Dump.. In front end it Aborts. That is why I though that EPM will not be relevant.
Account PERCENTAGE_HC_RATE_INCREASE
Accounts Member:Percentage Wage increase
Both are the same account. I ment that Account Member should be " PERCENTAGE_HC_RATE_INCREASE"
