The issue is resolved. The issue is with XML file and its settings.
I have taken WF-> 
-->XML
The job is running correctly upto FTP Fetching only 2000 Records after that it is throwing a error as Primary key violation.
Then i removed the primary keys and Run the job again but the same issue is repeating again and again.
so finally Removed XML and kept template table surprisingly the job run completely stating that the job is successful.
