Balance C/F - Items to be carried forward - easier way available?

Hi All,

While specifying the fs items which need to be carried forward, I have more than 300 + fs items, and the system accepts three at a time or I have to add row - which takes a very long time.

Please let me know whether there is any other easier way of doing this....
