Are you running time evaluation based on financial year,
Can you confirm while you are running on April month of 2014 then is it coming as 01/2014. Cross check with below screenshot.
If it's coming as 01 then in your 1st pcr month would be 12 and date would be 31 and in next pcr month would be 01 and date would be 01.
