Dear GRC Experts,
I have a query regarding GRC SSO.
In our scenario, all LDAP users are synched and created in GRC system.
Users will access GRC URL from Enterprise portal.
When the users login to their system, they will login to portal via SSO and from Portal they will click a link which connects to GRC system via SSO.
Issue is if any user clicks on Log off button in GRC NWBC URL and again click on the GRC link in portal, this time GRC URL is prompting for User ID and Password.
Since user session in portal is still active, I assume GRC URL should not prompt for Logon again.
Anyone faced similar issue?
