OSS Note 390905 - Status 'archived' in the document flow explains why your delivery shows archived.
I am certain it is not in the database, neither in LIKP nor in LIPS table
There are several correction reports, even transactions, to correct such inconsistencies, but I cannot remember the exact transaction that I used recently for the same case, I hope I find it tomorrow in my mail.
