Hi,
I have a transaction that bring up a detail screen when a user completes a workorder. The user have the ability to go back to the screen and edit the fields but when they click the finish button another transaction record is created. The problem with this is that it is making multiple entries into Maximo when there should only be one.
How do I disregard/remove the previous transactions?
