Check what is the schedule line category in your case?

F1- cons Pickup w. ACh - will transfer the requirements and shown in MD04.

F0- ConsPickup w/o AvCh - will not transfer requirements and not shown in Md04. reason is  the below two fieds are NOT checked.

1. Req/Assembly

2. Availability check

Also refer the very useful document if the above settings are correct.
