Dear Forum,

In the following Month, we might need an specific forum to answer all this question.

I think more doubts will appear on the way, whether to decide if we use the "standard solution" or a "custom" one

There is a tentative date for the standard solution on 08.10.2014 (pilot phase)

- 2066631 - Mexico Electronic Accounting - DDIC Note

- 2050349 - Mexico Electronic Accounting - Chart of Accounts/Account

These notes only covers the "Catálogo de cuentas" and "Balaza de Comprobación" and the XML generator.

a) For the Chart of accounts;

It is certainly the SAP chart of account design is about 1 level

However the "SAT Coding Group" or Código Agrupador may not be on the 1st level of the Código Agrupador structure

I not confortable (for example) mixing national customers and international customer within 1 Código Agrupador.

Here maybe we should ask to SAT the rules for a chart of account with only 1 level structure.

b) For Trial Balance

No doubt at this stage

c) For Journal Entries:

There is not yet standard field defned for UUID; if is applicable the standard solution it should be include the feed by sales, logistic and accounting screens (for example MIRO and FB60).

I wonder whether should wait for the standard field or start with a custom field and a custom table.

In the XML files the XSD is still missing (this file should help us to validate if the information that we are sending is right).

The XSD file has not been published by SAT and has not release date (this is Servicio de Adminsitración Tributaria pending).

There are some doubts that still appear on the way that it shoul be asked by SAT but has not yet been answered (for example where is the catalogo of monedas (currencies)? )

Best Regards
