1. Contract data for employees:- Whenever employee joins in the organization based upon his or her experience or by default company is setting contract agreement for approx 6months with different condotions. So on that time you will definitly go with Contract Infotype (0016) with the link with Maintenance Task infotype(IT0019). Here is the inhouse employee's contract agreement.
2. Contract data for employees:- It's those employee who are in contract status for an fixed period and this time you will define contract employee group and maintaine date specification where you will maintain his last day agrrement. Base upon this dates all process will be executes like time managment , payroll etc.
