Hi Dev,
The other thing which I have Identified is that this will show only in those cases or documents which are booked directly in FI.
If you check document number with Doc type:RE reversal icon will not be displayed even if you click on Print Preview.
Please check any document which is booked in FI only and then check on Print Preview reversal icon will be highlighted.
