Sharing Lumira visualisation - cannot see roles in "share with" field

Hello,

We have Lumira server installed internally and created a new user in Studio with analyst and consumer roles following the guidelines in

SAP Lumira Server on HANA - Part 2

However, there are no roles coming up in the list when we try to share the visualisation.
