I deleted all the BSInnn mappings in TF9.0. I mapped only the SAP tax codes that exist in T5UTT. So when I copied the customizing data to load to TF10.0, it did not have those mappings. I am also making note to never select the "create default mappings" button in TaxFactory since that is what creates the BSInnn mappings. So after I loaded the customizing data to TF10.0, I no longer had the odd entries that get generated by having those mappings - like blanks and "BS" in keys. It cleaned up errors that were occurring with the TUB workbench. I still see entries generated for BTXTAX table everytime I run it for old dates - 1993, 2001, 2005, 2008... But I don't think this is causing any issues with USTAX so I am not going to worry about it. Maybe SAP will clean that up some day...
BTW - I see that you have some errors with T5UTX but the dates are old. What dates are you using to run the TUB workbench. I do know that if you use old dates, it will pick up entries that will cause errors. So you will want to stick with the dates that are in the BSI Regulatory Bulletin.
