As I understood that from your requirement, you are looking the % variance report of Material Consumption Quantity.
If for Component “A” requirement quantity is 1000 and actual consumption quantity is 1200 means 20% excess consumption.
SAP having standard report Transaction Code = MCRE, Material Usage Analysis, here both quantity are exist for each component i.e. required quantity and actual consumption quantity. But % variance is not there.
You can download this report in Excel and apply the formula for consumption variance and %.
