Dear All,

I have created custom hierarchical nodes based on cmp code, cont area ,profit cent, cost cent and there are several nodes in this hierarchy.

I have a issue as follows:

hierarchy     key figure

node A1  -     10

node A2  -     20

node A3  -     30

node A4  -     40

i have create above hierarchy.

now i need a single node just below the above nodes with text "Total of A" = 100 in a single node

How can i achieve this.

node A1  -     10

node A2  -     20

node A3  -     30

node A4  -     40

"Total of A" = 100 ?

Further, i dont want to put node a1...a4 in a parent node and don;t want to create a link node for total.

Experts, can any one provide solution.

I tried with the following.

node A1  -     10

node A2  -     20

node A3  -     30

node A4  -     40

I tried with the following way,

1. I created a separate node "TOTAL A" and included all nodes a1 ....a4 as link node.

But with this approach i am getting a tree in the TOTAL A when running the bex query, which i dont want.

Can i hide the child node during run time in bex query? so that only total A should be displayed in one line rather than in tree.

Thanks,

A Sustainer.
