How to add my custom screen to standard menu bar TC-VL02N/VL03N.

Hi,

I have activated a screen exit in outbound delivery header level. I just want add the same screen in menu bar short cut like., VL02N->Goto->Header->(My Custom Screen Name). Can anyone help on this?
