thanks, I commented *WHEN_REF_DATA=MASTER_DATA out, on found out that the error was in iteration for *REC command, now it records also to empty members.

But do you when is this *WHEN_REF_DATA=MASTER_DATA useful, I thought that when I have empty intersections this is the case, but I am now really confused.
