Talent Management Blueprinting for EHP6/7

Hi Experts,

I am done thrugh the AS-IS process.

Now the case is we are going for all the Talent related modules those are going to be based on EHP6/7 where we have half of the functionalities on Portal.

We are in the processes of building of the portal for r refernce but i need to finish up with the Blueprinting with in that period & i am not yet aware of the new functionalities that SAP is providing with EHP6/7.

Now the case is can i go through the Old process capturing & putting them in the doc upto some extent & what could be apossible approach to the new fuctionallities SAP provides.

Please guide me on the same.
