InfoPackage Failure in BI

Hi,

We have a failure at InfoPackage step in a process chain.

InfoPackage extracts data from the datasource 2LIS_06_INV  from ECC to BI system which is a delta load. This step is failing continuously for 3 days and we have tried executing the IP by changing the following:

1)     Reduced the max size of the data packet from 20000 to 10000 and 1000.

2)     Reduced the no. of data packets per Info-IDoc to 10.

In all cases the IP has failed with the job getting cancelled at the ECC.
