Looking at the post I assume you are looking to pull all the workitems into portal, Logically, you already have portal in the system landscape. SO the next step to pull and place the worktiems in the PORTAL you have to make use of UWL. UNIVERSAL WORK LIST.
How to Configure the Universal Worklist (NW2004)
