what I need to understand is, if the qualification level is populated properly from the lead questionnaire. This is populated in the standard PAI function CRM_SVY_LEAD_PAI. This sets the qualification based on the rules defined in the following customizing:
Customer Relationship Management
Transactions
Settings for Leads
Questionnaires for Leads
Assign Qualification Levels to Questionnaires
Beside the action, is this process working fine? If so there is any issue with the action, we can then focus on the action.
