thanks for the report. you can delete the files from your google drive now if you want.
on your report you have groups 6 to 10 which are mostly suppressed. if you want to sort on the Max(date) that's in group 11 then do a Save As with your report and then delete groups 6 to 10. then you'll be able to sort the data that's now in the group 11's within group 5 / recruiter. i can't test this out myself as the report does ask for a db connection.
there is only one piece i could find that is conditionally suppressed and that is 3 objects on group 10 and the suppression condition is {?ShowDriveDetail} = "No" those objects in theory can be put in a cross-tab in a Group 5 B section which can be conditionally suppressed. you can change the sort inside the cross-tab as well. the cross-tab can be formatted so that it has no grid-lines, no cell padding, etc.
