This issue is coming up in the second SP upgrade that I am doing. The issue was fixed when I tried to activate V_DSH_TF_DETAIL and V_DSH_ASSIGNED in se11. It said that the activation failed and when I went in and checked the entries in the table DDXTT, the entries were gone. SP upgrade continued after this.
