No, there is no "mass unassignment" program. Depending on your requirements you could use the respective auxiliary reports for deleting transactional data (without original data records) and then just run automatic assignment again.
The transactions for deleting data (001: FBIC014; 003: FBIC023) allow you to restrict the document group number, for example.
